Available as:     1 Hour     1 ½ Hours     2 Hours

For those travelling from further afield or for those special occasions such as birthday or Christmas, we offer two hour or three hour pre-driver experiences (from age 14 -17) which are ideal as an initial introduction to driving and can be supplied as gift vouchers. HEADSTART Pre-driver Course for 16-17 year olds

The Headstart pre-driver course is ideally suited to 16-17 year olds who are looking at taking driving lessons as soon as they are able and can be followed up with private practice on our site or additional instructor lessons.

Safestart is in the unique situation of being able to demonstrate the difference between safe and unsafe driving practices and the consequences that can result. Pupils would not benefit from this experience through normal lessons on the road.

The Headstart pre-driver course is run over four consecutive Saturday's (two hours per session) and covers both theory and practical driving.

This pre-driver course can also be useful for the nervous or people who would prefer a safe environment away from other traffic to build up their confidence before going on the road.

GROUP Road Safety & Pre-driver Training Sessions: Classroom Work - Demonstrations - Practical Driving Skills - Road Safety Awareness. A cost effective way to get the road safety message across in a practical setting to potentially vulnerable groups (available during term time and selected dates during school holidays).
